The reason I like this book is because….
Fitness is a personal thing. It is a frame of mind and, for those reasons I will draw on my own years of experience with fitness for this review so that you can see where I am coming from. I joined the British army at the age of 15 and enjoyed a great career. I was regimental champion at middle and long distance running (mile, 1500m, 5,000m, cross country etc) and even passed SAS Selection just to serve alongside those elite soldiers. I also served with all three battalions of the Parachute Regiment. I retired from the army in 1993 and still work very hard at keeping fit. In May 2010 I turned 60 years old and I am still a regular visitor to my local Gym.

For far too many years, however, I thought good Abdominal muscles were achieved through hundreds of sit-ups and the degree of severity of those sit-ups.
