On February 1, 2011, supplement maker Irwin Naturals agreed to pay civil penalties, consumer restitution, and and investigative costs to settle a suit in California due to problems with several of its products.

“Samples of the Green Tea Fat Burner tested over 14 times the legal limit of lead.”

I had been purchasing this product for the antioxidant benefits of green tea (which I don’t like to drink.) I have just canceled my Amazon Subscribe and Save subscription for this product. After also reading that testing of other Irwin Naturals products showed they did not contain ANY of main ingredient the label claimed, I will never order an Irwin Naturals product again.
