Simple and you don’t have to give your email
Someone said you had to give your email address to use the program. Not true, there’s an X in the corner to skip it. As far as the program goes, it’s very straight forward, very much like their excellent c25k app. This free version has ads at the bottom.

great app. It makes calculations a breeze. My kindle fire is going to the gym! It helps keeping 80 percent of max just right. Please don’t do your 1RM after 3 heavy sets. wait for the next gym date.

This app is pretty close to accurate! A must have so you dont have to second guess or embarrass yourself at the gym. You can have a great idea of how much you lift as well ad your max.
