More than expected – healing from brain damage

I think moringa is one of those hidden treasures. I tried the moringa because of a car accident that caused me some brain damage due to swelling and bleeding. I have been recovering for several months now and wanted to be sure my brain is getting everything it needs to heal the damage. When I started taking the Moringa with my Doctors permission, I quickly noticed an increase in my sense of lucidity and energy to focus clearly at work. I still have some more healing to do but I know from experience that the Moringa is a huge help and good for my whole body.

I LOVED the author’s way with words-using humor and facts together. He was down to earth and even medical issues made sense. I like the thinking of this book and putting it together with the “eat right every time” and “six meals for six pack abs” is the ultimate goal for results. I learned new statistics and facts about nutrition that I did not realize even after years of trying multiple ways of dieting. I totally recommend this book!

Well Written and Useful
As one of the unlucky few with a true breasmilk supply issue, one that resulted in my first child being formula fed, I am thrilled to have discovered this book. It is just filled from cover to cover with useful information about herbs and foods to increase supply. Including actual methods of preparation and recipes. And, similarly, what to avoid. It is well researched and easy (and enjoyable) for the average person to read. The remedies recommended have made the difference between success and failure in feeding my new baby.
