  3. Just done my second day and omg I've never done a workout that makes my abs burnnnn as much as this does and it's only 10 minutes even the 1 hour ones I've done arent as hard as this.

  4. I'm trying this workout because I am not happy with my body and we are in quarantine.
    Day 1: it hurt my abs but I know I was working them. it was hard and I'm glad, I will do this 3 times every day for 1 week and ill update you this afternoon for my 2nd round. 🙂

  5. God, I’ve been doing it for a week (with some other Holly’s workouts for hipdips and waist) and the result is really great! But this comment is not about it, i just genuinely love Holly’s videos! This workout is the bestest I’ve tried so far (and i tried a lot), it makes me feel my muscles and is a pleasure to do. I am motivated to go further. Also, i am not elementary but a beginner at sports and this workout is intense but the feeling of tiredness and light soreness is EVERYTHING. Thank you goodness!

  6. This workout is amazing! Ive done Chloe ting and Lilly Sabri workouts and it took two weeks until I started to see good results. Ive done this workout for 3 days and believe me when I say MY STOMACH IS TONED! Its one of the best workouts I've done and you really feel the burn so thank you holly! I also really recommend this workout to everyone <3 xx

    Day 1: ✓ it's kinda hard and it really hurts! But just keep going for a better result. :))
