If you have a hard time keeping up with my super intense “10min Ab Workout” and “10min Sixpack Workout”… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU 🙂

Everybody starts somewhere and my other workouts require suuuper strong core muscles. That’s why I really wanted to create an ab workout, that is suitable for beginners – while still being super effective.

And listen.. it even includes BREAKS! 😀
(If you feel like it’s too easy with the breaks though: just continue the last exercise during the break & jump into the new movement one once I start with it as well)

My mom tried this workout and said, that it’s 100% manageable for her .. although she usually isn’t so much into working out. That means: no excuses for you. GIVE IT A TRY ♥︎


No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

  2. good workout still ro hard for me i could easly di this stuff last year but covid hit and stay in the huse order video games 24/7 stoped working out 🙁

  3. I loved this first I did the harder workouts and my body needed a little rest today because I havnt been feeling well and this wasn't that hard I felt my belly bruning and my neck hurts but thafs all fine

    day 1: did the full workout once, painful burn

  5. I'm gonna do this everyday until its too easy for me, then switch to a harder workout

    DAY 1: didn't finish the last plank, was too hard :(( but still proud of myself
    DAY 2: finished the whole workout yaay!
    DAY 3: was ok, but my lower back hurt a lil bit
    DAY 4: tried really focusing on those abs so I don't hurt my back, was feeling the burn much more
    DAY 5: i feel like the workout is actually getting harder for me cause I can REALLY focus on my abs and i can feel the burn more, which is a really good improvement with my tehcnique

  6. Why does she not explain how to correctly do the exercises? Yes I can see what she is doing but there are so many things to be mindful of to avoid injury. This is a "beginner" video so I would think it should include clear instructions for those who are now starting off and don't know what they are doing. Just my opinion. Not trying to throw shade or upset her followers just an opinion.

  8. Day 1 : done // I did the video 2 times, it was easy but sometimes i shaked and took breaks during the exercise. For me the most difficult it's the crunch on the side omg ( i take the advices) . My abs hurt lol but i like this pain.

    Day 2 : done // I did it 2 times im sweating ! My abs hurt since yesterday, some exercises were hard but i did it im proud. The easiest for me that's the plank and the moutain climber.

    Day 3 : i didn't do it beacause i wasn't good mentally 🙂
    Day 4:i didn't do it again 🙁 i'm not okay so i prefer to take my time
