  1. Day 4: Done! Dont know what chloe means when she says engage the core all I can engage is my freaking mind! :')
    Day 8: Damn I am sweating badly! Even though iv done these exercises for the last 8 days! Not getting easier :'(
    Day 10: Done with all 3 of the workouts sweating like a pig right now! Need to lie down now :'( :'D Damn these were meant to get easier with time but naaah!!! They aren't….
    Day 12: Done sweaty AF! Feeling a bit of pain in my back though…. :'(
    Day 13: Damn!!! The 3 workout videos have made me sweat pretty badly! I hope by the end of this challenge I get close to the kind of body I want!
    Day 15: Done! 1 down 1 more to go! Wish me luck guys!
    Day 16: Done & dusted! Sweating like a pig right now! Damn! I wonder why these exercises aren't getting any easier? :'(

  3. Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
