  6. Hi, I love your videos and do at least two of them every morning; feel great after doing them. I do have to point out that in some of them (as in this is one) the ads become disturbing. The exercise requires to be on our backs and long ads just break them and have to get up, get to whatever means of viewing and skip them. I know they are necessary and don't mind them in the beginning or if they are very short, as some are, but long ones right in half are disturbing. I hope something can be done about i.

  8. Thank you Schellea. Just finished your 30 min fat burn walking workout challenge. You are so inspiring. Thank you. Thank you. I have lost 40 lbs in the past year and still losing. Btw, thank you for your Apple Cider drink- very palatable and soo many benefits! It is being such a great help with continuing my weight loss. Anyway, due to being overweight most of my adult life then losing finally and for good at age 66, I am left with a saggy gut, ( I'll still take that any day over being fat). As to that sag, I found a stomach ex. that works great to lift the droop!. Hands on hips and lean back (gently) then return to straight stance. Do 3 sets of 25. You can stand in front of mirror and see it lifting the drooping skin/mass! Have a blessed day everyone!
