  1. This is a great workout! Really triggers to my core which I want to focus on. A lot of the videos keep making me do several variations of squats and lunges but I’d like more videos to focus on more than just leg workouts. Great ab video!!

  2. It’s really frustrating that there isn’t a count. I’m just beginning and it’s really hard to gage how hard to go to sustain it when I never know how long I’m gonna go. I end up giving up. I’m super frustrated with this. Or a set time would be nice to hear. Just a terrible class for a beginner.

  3. One of my favorite trainers! (Other than anna!) I would love a 30 or 45min workout if you can please. Also the ladies are looking so pretty in pastel colors!
