  1. I did this workout once through exactly a week ago and I was flopping and stopping every few seconds but this week I felt so much more power & core strength! I haven’t done any other ab workout since! This is my go to ab blast workout and one day I hope I can do this twice in one workout! Push through you will get stronger!!
