Here are 10 of the best exercises you can do at home if you want to lose weight and burn calories.

As usually, they’re all body-weight and don’t require a gym or special equipment – just some space for you to move.

The exercises are in no particular order, but they’re all stacked up as a workout routine – and we’ll start it off with a warmup block.

  1. THIS WORKS! The value have provided in this video is insane. I've battled my weight and energy levels for few years. I've been body shamed, ridiculed, left alone just because I had some extra fat. 

    Once I was standing in the fitting room at one of my favorite stores and I was told that "we don’t have anything in a size that big; our fits are suited for more slim figures" Those words cut me deep.

    Over the years I came realize that there's only one simple concept that works in losing weight, and that is calorie deficit.

    Which in simple terms is, losing more calories daily then consuming it.

    Using the same concept above I've been exercising with this video, every day rain or shine, and cooling my jets when it comes to carbs, sugar, and excessive fat/oil, along with a supplement which helped me burn fat faster and boosted my metabolism. And now I'm at my ideal weight. I was motivated to lose weight not because of body shaming and all the judgements. I did it because it has led me to a healthier me.

    Day 1 : lol i sweated a lot i felt pretty good by the way
    Day 2 : i sweated a lil less it was good dng
    Day 3 : good workout day trust me it feels very easy and not that hard as 1 st day
