  1. I don't understand why people think that it would be embarrassing if someone saw them doing EXERCISES it's a part of life dear… There are many who put their videos of workout over the net… eg. Cloe,lilly sabri and many more… Then why we are so over obssesed with workouts… I have read comments.. Where people say that they do workouts in washroom.. Well that's a thing to be cautious and embarrassing

  2. Day 1 (April 26th) : it's fun. I'm all sweaty but found it easier than all those Chloe Ting and Emi Wong workouts. It's not painful but I feel my muscles buzzing.
