  1. Hello, I really wanna show y’all the results of me doing this for 7 days so let’s start
    My age:10
    And I’m 4 ‘11
    My weight before starting: 124.6

    Day 1: I’m dying so much and I breathed very heavily and took so many break I can’t even explain how many! Those bicycle things are not my thing either! Aww my doggy made me feel so much better 🙂
    Day 2: I’m so sweaty and having better breathing goof thing and if didn’t do that many breaks then yesterday
