  1. I was not able to do this one, then I tried easier ones. After a week or two, while trying this exercise again, I realized that I can easily DO EVERY MOVE in this video!!

It has not been easy ,but I will keep going. I see the distance and I want to improve myself with your beautiful guide. You lift and encourage me everyday to a next higher lever both physically and mentally.

  3. I did this workout yesterday, my abs handled it well, not even sore today, but my upper back disliked it big time. I have a muscle underneath my left shoulder blade (rhomboid?) cramping all day, especially when I move my neck or my arms. I suspect side planks, as they were the hardest part of the workout, so it's most likely that I failed at proper form there.
