  1. I looked for the video thinking it would be easier because it involves music, but all I managed to do was to be breathless, sweaty and unwilling to live. but thank you very much, girl who did this exercise, you’re great.

  2. when your sport teacher makes you do this as an exercise in class ahhh luckily I have not experienced it but have to do it as part of an assignment ahaha

  3. I've been doing this routine for more than a month now, every day and then once every two day (variating) and those are the changes I noticed :
    – Weight variation but lost inches here and there
    – tight and lean muscle in arms, thighs
    – Much better mood
    – Much better skin and cellulite
    – Tighter core and much better posture !
    I'll keep you updated in 1 Month, since it's the first workout I manage to stick with !

  5. First day doing this. Current weight 62kg
    Body type: more weight on top that bottom (nice long legs but big chest and belly/face /neck fat) if u wanna know lol

  6. I'm reading some comments. Some moves are a bit complicated but I find 95% are not that hard to copy. I am average, the moves are not that hard compared to the moves kids are coming up with these days. I'm 47.
