  3. Hi Maddie! I love your videos – they are short enough to maintain motivation and provide a great workout. I'd love it if the music you played was more upbeat with a rhythm that we could do the exercises to; an example would be the song that's playing during the push-up/jack exercise. Thanks for these fantastic videos!

  4. Holy cow. I JUST found this channel, and I'm so glad I did! I did this after a 30 minute run, and I was DRIPPING. I feel awful, but in like a really good way? Anyways, you knocked it out Maddie. This is killer!

  5. yey!!! i was able to go along with her pace!! although at the push up part, i did the super beginners version where I was like peeling off the floor. But this was a great circuit!!

    ps: im kinda starting to get sick of the bgm sorry : (

  6. I do love this workout. I just do not like the complete itinerary in the first few seconds. I like it when you demo than do. I won't remember all of the moves any way, so it was a little waste of time for me. You are a great work out coach. I definitely feel the burn. Thank you.
