  1. Thank you so much for these videos! Started on July 15th and it’s October 5th. I do an 8 minute video before work and a 15 minute one after work. I follow those by a walk and I’ve lost 5.5 inches around my waist and 16 lbs. I don’t diet but I try not to eat starchy food.
