  3. I'm following your videos for my everyday workout at home. They are so good and efficient. I just have a question. For instance this video, do we have to do warm up and cool down by our own or its just kind of included in the moves already?

  4. We arenow on our 10th week of lockdown over here in Spain. Your whole exercise routines keepme sane and also fit. I do them morning and afternoon. I thought I wouldn't be able to but I have improved massively; not bad for 62 I don't suppose!
