  2. Hi Maddie, I m your fan, I have tried many of your exercises. Do you have bedtime exercises? Or can I re-do these morning exercise also as night exercise?

  3. Good workout but horrible stretching. Being upside down for that long is harmful as the blood flows to the brain. Baring in mind, some people do it first thing in the morning before breakfast, so some can actually faint by the end of it. Try mixing up stretches performed upside down please.
