  1. Ken I really like yoga as a form of exercise but sometimes when I'm low on energy and tired, the dead calming tranquil music really just makes me lose more energy. I've been dead keen to find more dancey and bouncy music alongside it and Madfit is about the closest I've found so far, dance party is actually amazing!
    Here's hoping u do some dance party yoga too that'd be actual perfect! <3

  2. I love this! It's a total mood booster, I sweat a lot but I have a lot of fun! Btw, I also love Pamela Reif's dance workouts and I mix them with Maddie's, they're more low impact and easier to follow, if you're looking for something like that, just wanted to share:)

    P.s. My personal favorites are "Christmas dance" and "Sexy dance" ones from Pam <3
