15 Minute Flat Tummy Exercises

Hey you guys here is my workout from yesterday. Along with this I did a heavy leg day and ended off with some intense abs. You can incorporate some of these exercises into your ab day. GET READY TO FEEL THE BURN!!

Complete each Full body exercise for 30 seconds with a 15-20 second break in between. After each full round take a 45 sec. break and then start from the top!!!

Exercises:
– Single Leg Raises Into Leg Throws
– Single Leg Crunches (30 sec. each side)
– Up and Down Flutter Kicks
– Ankle Taps
– Reclined Under the Knee Under The Knee Claps( y’all I just came up with this name lol)
– Single Leg Throws (you can place your other leg on the ground if holding your knee up is difficult)
