  1. Thank you, love that you manage to give instructions and advice while you are showing us what to do. Reminding me what muscle to concentrate on. Your not OTT with enthusiasm. The music is not too loud and above in what you are saying. Feel good after your workouts but balance/coordination for me is a problem. I will work on that. I don’t bother to look at other peoples workout now I have found yours. Thanks. 71yr old.

  4. I love the dual work out, 2-in-1 feel so efficient and really motivates me to finish the whole routine, because it feels like very second really counts and matters

  5. I really like her vibe. I didn't just feel like I was a workout class with some random person but it felt like she really was doing it with me and was there to support us. Felt like just the right amount of "you've got this" type of talk (for me some fitness people say it too much and it makes me more aware of how I am struggling).
