  2. I'm all set to try this exercise from tomorrow onwards and I'll tell you the result after 1 weak hope so it works becoz after my marriage I'm gaining lots of weight plzzz upar arms ko tone karne ko bhi excercise batao plzzz that's my request..lots of love ❤️❤️

  3. day 1: I done with the workout today it was my Frist day but i was doing some exercise wrong but from day 2 i will do it perfectly
    Day 2: i did it done all the excercise perfectly and the last two -three excercise where hard but i did it perfectly ☺️

  4. Please mam tell me is it necessary to do exercise with empty stomach if it necessary then what can I do mam because I can't clean my stomach in morning because I am in dieting and I am eating the food at 8:0 clock so tell me
