20-Minute Flat-Belly and Toned-Arms Workout

We like to think of this workout as a two-for-one! We’re going to work your abs and arms with a bunch of multitasking moves that target both areas and more. If you’re new to working out, don’t worry. We offer beginner modifications for all the exercises throughout the video. Grab a set of dumbbells between five and 10 pounds, and get ready to feel the burn.

  1. Love Anna and this workout! And twenty minutes feels like a nice doable time to get back into arms and abs. 🙂 The time went by pretty quickly!

  2. I was a bit worried about this workout being more HIIT focused rather than strength training being that it was a tabata but oh my gosh I LOVED it. I was dripping sweat in all the right places and I can't wait to do it again!

  3. love this workout! short and engaging 🙂 really nice to tap into my core and see how it plays into my full body movement 🙂 so important to take time to be in your whole body. so refrshing 🙂
