  1. omg this is the first time i have worked out this year but i am a long time follower of the channel and this was the perrrrrrrrfect way to jump back in. holy mackrel, i am out of shape!!!!

  2. I've been doing this one, and it's super hard! But I have a question: both the workout spaces in my house have fairly low ceilings (7' ish; I'm 6' tall), which makes it hard to do full jumping jacks. Could you make a "HIIT for people with low ceilings?" Would it be better to just do fly jacks for every round or to not do the full jumping jack?

  3. The workout was great, the demonstration was very helpful. I especially liked how there was a tiny version demonstrating the next move coming up, so I knew what was going to happen.

The only criticism I have is the sound. I can't always be looking at the screen, especially when doing push ups or planks. The countdown timer is VERY quiet (so quiet, I thought it was a noise coming from outside my room), and the coach's banter doesn't really say when we're starting or ending. I missed the start or stop way too many times because of this.
