  3. did this today, some of the stuff even the modifications were too hard but some of it I could do the advanced. I don't feel bad when I have to modify though, I will get there if I carry one

  4. I am 6' and weigh about 160 lbs. I burned about 260 calories and I don't really feel like my abs got as much burn as they should have. I didn't like this workout because it is not intense enough. I feel that this workout is great for beginners who are just starting to get into exercising. If you want something more cardio-intensive, or even more ab-intensive, then look at other POPSUGAR videos.

  7. I love this channel because you girls really say when you're hurting or struggling, because most of us at home are too! This is the only channel where, if i have to do modifications, I feel totally ok doing them! 🙂
