  1. My boyfriend and I did this workout, and with all the floor exercises using our backs we both actually pulled our backs. His is much worse however please be weary and do modifications first on a very soft floor first

  2. I liked the workout a lot! Despite some opinions bellow, I think this is not supposed to be a cardio-active workout, but a toning one. I think that if you do every move correctly, it has a wonderful effect. And to be honest, it is very good that she ( not you ) stops to explain the moves because so many of us ( that maybe are in the beginning) tend to them wrong, or the position of our body is incorrect. Not many trainers on youtube focus on that, usually you are supposed to figure out by yourself how to keep your body.
    Great work out! I will definitely follow Astrid Swan for more!

  3. This is the slowest workout I have ever done. If the teacher would talk less and actually do the workouts without pausing in between that would have made it better. Did not feel much burn with all the pausing…
