  1. I like the exercises; but, if by “flatten the lower belly” you mean spot reduce fat in the lower belly area, this video is misleading. As stated by Athlean-X, you can’t target specific areas on the body to burn fat. Yes, the abs exercises will help develop these muscles, but to see the muscles (and “slim the waist” as mentioned in the video) you need to reduce body fat (overall).

  2. First time doing this workout and my abs are sore. Im going to be doing it twice daily once in the morning and once in the
    afternoon. Should I post my progress?
