  1. Hey my biggest problem is that I have super weak abs and so other muscles compensate, causing back and knee pain (also a posture issue). Any tips on making sure I'm using the right muscles?

  2. This is great, I love your workouts but I feel like this specific one did nothing for my abs. I feel like it was all my legs or arms. Am I doing something wrong?
