  3. Im trying to workout less because i workout 7 days a week for 30 mins or 1 hours and they say is bad, so i did this 5 mins on my rest day to not get anxious rip

  4. How do you keep your back straight? I don't know how to do it with squats, or these movements, like. How do you NOT bend your back?
