  3. I swear, every fitness blender video does your legs over anything else. I can never really recover because they just do leg-based exercises constantly.

  4. I have done this for 5 days already in the morning but I repeat so I make it done for 4 rounds ! 😉 good exercise to boost my metabolism for a day!

  5. I'm a bit disappointed as I could only manage 3, 4 & 5 of this HIIT workout. I did 6&7 last week too.
    I'm going to try again next week. Great vids tho. TCFN
