  1. Why do most of the Yoga 'expert's completely ignore/forget the breathing techniques while performing the various asanas. It's a very important part of all forms of yoga. Pls bear this in mind.

  2. Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
