2️⃣ CROSS CRUNCHES: 2×15
3️⃣ BICYCLE CRUNCHES: 2x20reps(for each leg/elbow)
4️⃣ RUSSIAN TWISTS: 2x10reps for side
5️⃣ SITTING CRUNCHES: 2x15reps
6️⃣ PLANK: 30-60sec
If you want you can do it twice
