  1. How NOT to edit an exercise video:
    1) DON'T tell the viewer what exercise is coming next during the rest period
    2) DON'T have an audible countdown the last 5 seconds of the set
    3) DON'T include a "switch sides" intermission of about 5 seconds when you have to change sides
    4) DO PLAY the same mind crushing repetitive beat the entire time.

  2. Did the best I could. My fibromyalgia is awful right now. I modified a few. I'm hoping as I keep doing it ill feel better. Knock on wood. I had to rotate around a lot my apartment is tiny

  4. There are other videos for the same workout which are much better. This one is terrible.

    This one requires that you constantly be viewing the video. It doesn’t count down the last few seconds, and it doesn’t give you a heads up on what the next exercise will be after the break—which means you’ll waste precious seconds setting up instead of doing the exercise.
