  2. I dont think this really help people who have a belly fat ,first few excercise working for pelvic part of the body ,in anatomy muscle activate when it is contraction,,you have to contract rib cage to pelvic part if you want to work for abdominal muscle ,(sit ups ,crunches )
    Most of them are toninig excercise,plank is very good excercise for core strength ,

  3. For those rely on comments. I have been doing this since 9 months along with 700 skipping and 100 JUMPING JACKS. I lost 6 kg. Its impossible to get flat belly in one month. That too for person like me who is mother of one child. So may few can get faster result than me but in a month its not possible. Also keep your diet in control.
