  1. This is day 3 for me. As soon as I watched it I'm like "I can do this". And I can! But geez my legs feel like they got run over by a steam roller! I'm going to do this for a month and see what it does to my size, not so much my weight. But I'll be weighing myself every week still just to kind of make sure I have an overall weight loss trend. So far I've lost 18 lbs before this. I hope it helps me since I've been plateauing lately.

  3. First time I did this workout, I finished one round. Second time, I finished 3 rounds. And today, I did all 4 rounds! Yay!! The work continues as I still need to correct my form to get the full benefits of this workout. Good luck everybody! This is really the best beginners workout to start with because it's not too daunting to keep you from wanting to try again even if you fail the first few times.

  4. Dang it, I pre-watch vids before actually trying them to see if they have the exercises I can't do…..squats, or anything relating to bending a knee. I blew out my knee recently, and doing anything like that reaggrivates it real quick. I'm trying to lose weight but It's almost impossible to find any workout that doesn't involve impact on the knees.

  5. Day 3 of me doing this in the morning
    This is me 2 days later: I've been doing more workouts as well but i definitely recommend this one for beginners,it was nice to start working out after being inactive for more than an year
