  1. I truly appreciate you sharing non surgical options. I have been struggling with stubborn lower lumbar fat since puberty despite clean eating and exercise. I'm terrified of undergoing surgery.

  2. Oh wow! I'm moving to Detroit in June, I will have to try to make an appointment with you! I am an amateur bodybuilder, I used to be 300 lbs and dropped 130 lbs worth of fat, and since then I've gained 30-40 lbs of muscle, as I'm leaner now at 199lbs than I was at 169lbs. I'll like and subscribe! I've been searching for any and every answer to get my body looking the way I want it. I've not done any surgery, but we can talk more honestly later 😉 Best wishes from a future patient!

IMPORTANT: if you have history of disordered eating or body dismorphia, do not fast. do not go on diets. go see a doctor and a specialised nutritionist (or whatever they are called in your country) to make small, incremental changes as to not trigger destructive behaviours. a specialised therapist can also help with the undelying issues. trust me on this. i've destroyed my health this way and no weight loss is ever enough when having an ED.

  4. Please please please do not take nutrition advice from a plastic surgeon! Dietitians are in place for a reason and are the only experts in the field!
