  3. I am not the one to work out but have tried on several occasions. Woke up and decided to this morning and went with this video. I couldn’t last the full 30 sec on some but most I was able to. This is a great start. I try to commit for the 2-weeks.

  9. Day 1: Wow! This is definitely intense and you definitely feel the burn. Just wish it was longer.
    Day 2: Wow! I definitely got a sweat out of this workout. What a great way to end the week!
    Day 3: I was sweating so much during this workout but I definitely enjoy the burn!
    Day 4:I loved the workout today. I pushed myself and boy did I get a sweat out of it. I definitely felt the burn in my stomach while working out.
    Day 5: Nothing really special happened today. I came on here to tell you that I did it today. But I will say that I have yet to see the results.
    Day 6: I don't know if it's me just getting lazy but these workouts seemed extremely intense and long today. But overall, I enjoyed this workout!
