  1. I'm 17 weeks postpartum c section, I'm getting motivated by watching this video, I can't wait to loose the belly fat which looks so big like I'm pregnant again. Thank you so much I will subscribe to your blog and I will be practicing this every day starting from today.

  2. I had trouble creating my own diet, I’m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what works for me the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator.online . I’ve been using it for a couple of months and It’s been working for me, I don’t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to. Don’t lose motivation! I learnt that discipline is key I hope it helps 🙂

  3. I am almost 5 months post partum and just discovered this today. Thank you. Please wat time is best for this exercise. Morning or evening. Actually I was never doing exercises but after my c section my belly is quite big now and I really want to reduce it.

  4. After doing your pregnancy workout videos pretty much the whole way through my pregnancy I knew I wanted to come back for the postpartum exercise. I'm 8 weeks post c-section after a traumatic delivery, this was a great workout for me to start getting back into exercising again, i'm so glad I did this today. Thank you 🙂

  5. At almost 6 months post partum and doing this video really motivated me. It was gentle enough for myself who has not exercised in quite some time. I feel amazing and am extremely thankful for this video!
