  2. This is great, but I would not classify this as beginner yoga… some of these moves are way to advanced for most people who have tight and weak muscles (average fitness).

    Would have been helpful to give alternate poses

  3. So I tried this but my hips hurt too much to do it and because of illness I have not been able to do exercise so I am really weak and my hips hurt , shoulders and elbows and your moves hurt my lower back so do you have something to start slower?

  4. I am sorry but your commentary is completely disruptive to yoga practice. We are here to do yoga not her you ask for commentary about your hair of your blog. Annoying I had to leave my practice because of it.

  5. Teacher was very good if you're advanced that is, and I'm very annoyed at how she can call these poses beginners yoga and her comment at the start to not be lazy !!! Doesn't she want people to subscribe to her?? Well I certainly won't. All this video does is make you lose your confidence & put you off yoga for first timers !!!

  6. im a beginner, like really, its my first time, and it was so hard, i now realized yoga is not just for relaxing but a great workout too, ill be back for more, im enjoying it, but again its really hard i was sweating like bacon on a grill, tnx for this,

  7. There was almost too much explication? Like she explains what the pose is doing but not how long to hold it, so im holding the pose and i look over at my phone and she isnt even holding it, but she is still explaining what its doing?

  8. I had a baby 2 and a half years ago and I am just now working on my core. How long should I continue doing core before moving on to other yoga lessons. I also do the back pain yoga that you offer with much success. What next? I want my flat belly back, back pain relief, overall flexibility, and weight loss.
