  1. Hi,ive been doing ur exercise for two days now…and i really enjoy it.and im planing to do it for a week.But im uaving really bad aches in my leg…so do you suggest me to stop first,untill the pain is gone…or is it just a side effect and i should keep on going….

Day 5 ko na at hindi na ko makababa ng maayos sa hagdan kailangan dahan dahan sobrang sakit ng hita ko at ung braso ko ayaw ko naman idamay ung braso ko sa exercise kasi maliit naman syapero nadadamaypadn ansakit haha pati ung balakang ko sumasakit. Pero kahit masakit itutuloy tuloy koto ๐Ÿ™‚ โค

  3. Payat ako dati 2017 ako nag start tumaba kasi sa work palagi lang nakaupo sa counter pagbored matutulog or kakain kaya tumaba ng sobra :'( namimiss ko na ung maliit kong tiyan. Ang braso ko lang ang d lumalaki pero ang tiyan hita binti mukha baboy na talaga.

    3days ko na gnagawa tong workout na to. Sumasakit ung hita ko pero tuloy padin ito lang ung madali para sakin at nakakagaan ng pakiramdam at namomotivate ako pag nagsasalita pa si mam parang may kasama talaga ako mag workout. Thankyou po at pipilitin kong sanayin ung sarili ko na gawing habit ang pagwoworkout ๐Ÿ™‚ godbless.

    P.S nag grocery ako andaming chihirya at matatamis tinignan ko ung mga calories juskoo parang ayaw q na kainin :'( natutukso padn ako pero kaya koto
