    Day 1 ✅ – It was soo hard, I hope that I'll finaly get skinny body.. :')
    Day 2 ✅ – Today I didn' t heat much healthy food, I ated chocolate, pasta and juice… :'(
    Day 3 ✅ – Keep going, exercises are not that hard 🙂
    Day 4 ✅ – Its easy, my belly is not that big anymore 🙂

  8. hello i've been following this workout with random other abs workout and this vid always manage to make me feel like i'm really working out my core. I've been doing it for more than 2-3 weeks and it's still one of my fav ones, love it sm thank u emi! if u r wondering abt doing this workout or not, i def recommend it
