  1. That was a little fast for me so I had to pause the upper body section almost every time to finish the 10 (you're fast Daniel!). But it was a great workout! Thanks again FB!

  2. He moves waaay too quickly between sets – he's at very advanced level and for anyone 2% less capable it's incredibly difficult to keep up. Great workout just wish he'd give a few more seconds between sets.
