  1. I have been doing this workout for a few months now I recommend doing more than just this workout cuz I have seen changes but slowly and also I am not doing any diets so if u want to lose weight fast I recommend low carbs food and low sugar too

  2. I loved the little videos in the corner just before we went into the next work-out, it made it so much easier to smoothly transition from one to the next. I also loved that each excersise was only one minute, it made the time go by so fast!

  4. With the last few steps i was getting a lot dizzy and tired so i had to take rests in between. But i was just wondering do i have to maintain some sort of diet to avoid this? Like eating dinner at a certain time or something? Please reply with answers >.<
