In this video shaka and I demonstrate 4 core exercises for men to help strengthen the core using parallel bars. the parallel bars are great to help strengthen the core because it forces you to stabilize your body while working your core. These exercises targets your rectus abdominals, anterior serratus, transverse abdominals and external obliques.
