  1. For guys who have tried many ways to get six pack abs and have not still got good results! You can try this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it). I carried out every day exercises shown by the guide and I got 6 pack abs consequently. The to 13 Ab plans given in this book are really helpful.

  2. im 14 going to 15 ,my dad bought me a new dumbbell and its 15.4 how am i supposed to do that with weak arms ? i dunno why i think its pathetic for me to have weak arms since i did parkour for over 2 year now and have serious upper body strenght for an underage
    have done a thousand of climbing and whatsoever
    i think its me that is just to weak ,or all this time ,my feet that actually do the work on all of my climbing
