  1. Started this excercise on Feb 2021, also started to calorie count, lost 6kg from 75 down to 69,it April now still doing this every single day, its very effective even my knee pain vanished,

  2. In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have Agoge Diet that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can't.

  3. Not only I lost fat and gained muscle, but I feel more energized and productive throughout the day. My sleep has also improved drastically. Website called Agoge Diet really changed my life for the better.
