  1. Doing this video along with eating no more than 2500 calories a day has helped me lose 80 lbs in half a year! It really works and if it’s hard to get through in the beginning, instead of doing which ever exercise just jog in place or do a low impact exercise but keep moving! You will get to where you can do the entire video easy.

  6. I tried it before breakfast only. I drank water upon waking up at 10 or 7 am . After exercise, I felt faint and nauseous, then tried it after breakfast and before lunch at 2 pm , the feeling was better after exercise.

  7. Hi, what's the intensity of this workout? Is it low impact/high impact?
    I've been doing this 7 days a week. I'm not fatigued but I'm wondering if I should be taking 1 or 2 days off. Can someone please guide me for the same?
