Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    day two: burns less and did another one
    day three: did two again a and already see results and getting more toned
    day four: getting toned and see results also did two
    day five :

  4. UPDATING
    day 1- super intense!! my bones kept popping lol and i had to pause to break a few times but feeling great afterwards.

    day 2- my ribs have been super super sore! it was a lot easier to do the workout today and i didn’t slow down or stop at all.

    day 3- it was a lot harder today than yesterday, my body just felt super weak and i wanted to collapse trying to stay up. i’ve noticed maybe the slightest difference but not much.

  5. I know this doesn’t seem like the toughest workout, but I’m just starting to exercise at home and I’m proud of myself for doing this whole workout without stopping.
