  1. Do you have ads in the middle of this video on purpose? Just wondering because it seems like an exercise video should only have ads at the beginning and end.

  2. Casey you are amazing i am just a beginner and i for some reason your encouragement pushed me to finish i cant wait to do tomorrow beginners calendar day… so pumped where the beginners at lets do this!

  3. Day 5 Beginners Calendar video 1 is done. I like ab workouts but not crunches. Give me some more of the roll-ups as those are so easy to do and I like it that they are a semi-crunch.
    Edit: It is Day 19 of the Beginners Calendar and I have just completed this video. Based on the last time I did this workout I can already tell that my body has become so much stronger. I do not have to use the modifications and the crunches I'm able to do now have a much better form. I still rather do the roll-up but I can already see the big difference in my muscle strength. I cannot wait to see what else improves by the end of the month.

  4. I have the feeling that i do sooo much wrong! I can't keep my back down and don't feel anything while doing the last 2 exercises… 🙁 all help appreciated!
